Do you have a walk-in facility I can visit?

No. Crystal Paradise is a delivery-only collective. Our knowledgeable staff is available to assist all our patients with whatever questions about our medicines they might have. Our drivers are courteous and discreet. Our staff takes photographs of all our medicines when they are acquired and posts them online to provide a genuine visual representation of what our patients are receiving in their orders.

Is there a delivery fee or tax on your medicines?

No. All donation prices include tax and delivery. Tipping isn’t mandatory but is always appreciated, as our drivers use their own vehicles for deliveries.

How do I place an order?

You may call our office daily between the hours of 10am and 4pm to guarantee same-day delivery. Please call ahead to schedule preferred timing. Our friendly staff will answer any questions and brief you on the day’s menu or any specials we might have. Knowledgeable about every item, our team understands each patient’s needs to assist them in selecting the right medicine.

First time patients are required to provide proof of verification under California state law. This includes a copy or scan of your doctor’s referral and/or Patient ID card. All future deliveries are easy after verification is complete.

How far does your service range?

Crystal Paradise delivers all over the Bay Area. Based in Oakland with drivers available to provide deliveries to both sides of the Bay, we are available for service within a 30/35 mile perimeter.
